Law redirects revenue from interstate tickets
There may soon be fewer police on the road to catch speeders. Local police departments used to keep all the money from tickets written on the interstate, but a new law turns over that revenue to the state. News 2's Luke Margolis gets answers on why some people think speeders are the only ones who would benefit.
