State bonds to help build Woman's

Construction is under way on the new Woman's Hospital complex in Baton Rouge and so is a plan using state help to pay for the project. State bonds are being sold to help finance the facility, which will be on Airline Highway south of Siegen Lane. News 2's Mike Steele gets answers on why a private hospital is getting this type of public support.
