Cassidy says amendment personal attack

One state lawmaker who is now running for Congress says an amendment to an ethics bill is actually a personal attack. State Sen. Bill Cassidy says the amendment that blocks lawmakers from working as doctors in the charity hospital system is possibly connected to his opposition to lawmaker pay raises.
