Attorney wants settlement for Bibbins

DNA evidence exonerated Gene Bibbins six years ago, setting him free after he was wrongfully convicted of raping a child. The same DNA sample also linked him to another rape. Now Bibbins is suing the city for $1 million as a form of compensation for the time he served in prison.
