Veto could hurt LaCHIP

The president is expected to veto a bill that would increase money for the Louisiana Children's Health Insurance Program, or LaCHIP. The State Department of Health and Hospitals says that money is critical to helping thousands of kids who already qualify, and without it the program could suffer.
