Smoothie and Fondue

Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1/2 of a medium banana, peeled and halved
1/4 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup ice
Refrigerated original real whipped cream (in spray can)
1. Place the strawberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender container. Pulse until fruit is well blended, scraping sides of container, if necessary.
2. Add ice; pulse until well blended.
3. Pour into a tall glass and top with a generous squirt of real whipped cream. Serve immediately.
Fruit "Fun-do"
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons refrigerated original real whipped light cream (in spray can)
1/3 cup bite-sized pieces fresh strawberries
1/4 of a medium banana, peeled and sliced
1. In a small bowl, combine chocolate syrup and real whipped cream to make ?fondue? dipping sauce; set aside.
2. Arrange fruit on a serving plate. Serve sauce in a small dish alongside the fruit, and enjoy.
