1 pound ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
3 large garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar, original flavor
1/4 cup water
8 (8-inch) corn tortillas or taco shells

1. In a large skillet, combine pork, chopped onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper over high heat; mix well and cook 8 minutes, or until no pink remains in pork.
2. Add beans, vinegar, and water; stir and cook for another 8 minutes, or until warmed through. Spoon pork mixture into corn tortillas or taco shells, and serve immediately.

SERVING TIP: Serve these as is, or garnish with chopped tomatoes and lettuce, shredded cheese, salsa, and other favorite taco toppings. Recipe courtesy of Mizkan Americas
