1 pound ground pork 1 medium onion, chopped 3 large garlic cloves, minced 3 tablespoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, undrained 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar, original flavor 1/4 cup water 8 (8-inch) corn tortillas or taco shells1. In a large skillet, combine pork, chopped onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper over high heat; mix well and cook 8 minutes, or until no pink remains in pork. 2. Add beans, vinegar, and water; stir and cook for another 8 minutes, or until warmed through. Spoon pork mixture into corn tortillas or taco shells, and serve immediately.
