Chad Sabadie
Sports Reporter

Chad Sabadie is the weekend sports anchor for WBRZ News 2 Louisiana. He joined the WBRZ team in July of 2007.

Chad was born in New Orleans and raised in the Bay Area of California before returning to spend his teenage years in Slidell, Louisiana. He attended Pope John Paul II High School in Slidell and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from LSU. He also studied at the University of Southern California and obtained his Masters degree in Broadcast Journalism.

Chad began his career as an intern for WBRZ and also interned with the NFL Network. During college, he worked as a sports reporter for ATVN in Los Angeles, California. After graduation, he became the Sports Director for WABG in Greenville, Mississippi.

Chad now resides in Baton Rouge. When he has spare time, Chad enjoys baseball and spending quality time with family and friends.
