Luke Margolis is the weekend anchor for WBRZ News 2 Louisiana. He joined WBRZ on August 28, 2006.
Born and raised in New York City, Luke earned a bachelors degree in Communications from Boston University.
Luke began his television career in 2004 as a sports reporter/anchor for Blue Ridge Cable 11 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He also worked in the advertisement sales department for three years at Details Magazine before switching to broadcasting.
“I attended the Sportscaster Camp of America in Long Beach, California,” says Luke, “ and I decided I wanted to give it a shot.
Luke resides in Baton Rouge with his wife. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling to new places.
