Louisiana Freshwater Fishing Records

The first and 10th places in the State Freshwater Top 10 Fish Records in Rod-and-Reel, Fly Rod and Pond divisions. In some cases, newer categories do not have all 10 places filled. Categories where there are less than 10 entries have only the state-record fish listed. Records through Sept. 1, 2008. Listed are the ranking, the weight of the fish in pounds, the angler and the month and year the fish was caught. The Louisiana Outdoor Writers Association is the recording organization for the Louisiana fish records.
