State Top 10 Fish Record applications are available from Louisiana Outdoor Writers Association members, the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries state headquarters in Baton Rouge and the eight LDWF district offices, and from two Web sites: www.rodnreel.com or www.laoutdoorwriters.com.
