LEXINGTON, Ky. -- LSU came right back at Kentucky in the top of the sixth.
Ryan Schimpf stroked a two-out, two-run double to left field to make it 8-5. Michael Hollander made the third out with a fly to center field.
D.J. LeMahieu, who reached on a fielder's choice, and Leon Landry, who singled, scored on the double by Schimpf.
