Livingston Parish knows how to have good, hometown fun.   The parish boasts several festivals dedicated to family and its heritage. From the southern charm in Albany to the economic boomtown of Denham Springs, Livingston Parish has a festival for everyone.

Below is a sampling:

Denham SpringFest & Olde Downtown  Antique Festival

These two festivals are held in Denham Springs’ downtown  antique district.

Denham SpringFest is held the first Saturday of May. The festival is a great place for wholesome family fun with booths, food vendors and entertainment.

The Olde Downtown Antique Festival is an antique lover’s dream. Held the first Saturday in October, this street fair offers a variety of wares and free continuous entertainment, such as jazz, throughout the day.

During these festivals, Range Avenue from Florida Boulevard is closed to traffic.

Livingston Parish Fair

The second week in October is the Livingston Parish Fair. The fair is held at the Livingston Parish Fair Grounds on U.S. 190 just west of the town of Livingston. A parade, rodeo, livestock show, beauty pageant and cheerleader competition are just a few of the events at the fair.
