Julia Velinda Atkins Age:  22 Hometown: Bossier City Unit: U.S. Army 64th Military Police Company, 720th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas Date of casualty: Dec. 10, 2005 Incident: Atkins died when an improvised explosive device detonated near her Humvee during a patrol in Baghdad.
