Jacob Gerald  McMillan Age:  25 Hometown: Lafayette Unit: U.S. Army Headquarters Company, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Fort Richardson, Alaska Date of casualty: Dec. 20, 2006 Incident: McMillan died from wounds suffered in Baghdad after an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle and was followed by small-arms fire.
