Incident: Chism and three other soldiers were abducted and shot to death by men dressed in U.S. military-style uniforms who had driven onto the Provincial Joint Coordination Center in Karbala and attacked U.S. officials and Iraqis attending a meeting. One other soldier was killed during the attack.
