Staff Sgt. Craig Davis Age: 37 Hometown: Opelousas Unit: U.S. Army  603rd Transportation Company, 142nd Corps Support Battalion, Warrior Brigade, Fort Polk. Date of casualty: Jan. 8, 2004 Incident: Davis died with eight others when their  UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter crashed near Fallujah.
