Senate unanimously OKs free-ticket ban

Comments submitted by users to 2theadvocate.com may be used or referenced on or in 2theadvocate.com, WBRZ Channel 2 and The Advocate newspaper. Users are responsible for all content posted. The use of profanity, disruptive or antisocial conduct and personal attacks is strictly prohibited.
