NATCHITOCHES — Northwestern State University is set to award degrees to 714 graduates at today’s spring commencement in Prather Coliseum.

U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu is scheduled as the commencement speaker.

Jin Cheng, of Eunice, was among five students to earn an undergraduate degree with a 4.0 grade-point average.
