BRAC unveils annual event details

The Baton Rouge Area Chamber has pulled the curtain on its biggest annual event, “BRAC Impact 2010: Momentum!” The celebration will take place March 17 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the River Center downtown.
Cast as a light-hearted look at the accomplishments and goals of the regional economic development group, the annual event typically showcases those milestones against a Hollywood-like entertainment production.
This year’s program brings back comedic actor Jamie Wax, who’ll host a mock production of the E! entertainment cable channel with BRAC’s B! TV show on the mythical Momentum Network. Well-known Baton Rouge personalities and business leaders will join Wax on the stage. For more details, visit BRAC’s Web site at www.brac.org and click on “upcoming events.”
