No Problem Raceway sold in Belle Rose

The Circuit at Grand Bayou Inc. today announced the purchase of an existing 1.8-mile road race course circuit and more than 100 acres of land from Belle Rose-based No Problem Raceway Park LLC.
The sale price was not disclosed.
The new resort will feature a racing school, offer individual club memberships, arrive-and-drive programs, corporate events, among other features.
The Circuit at Grand Bayou will also be home to the Gulf States Championship Racing Series, which includes nine events that run between September and May each year, the first of which will be on Oct. 9.
The Circuit will also be the site of other motorsports events, including the Porsche Club of America event on Sept. 26.
