Piccadilly headquarters up for sale, lease-back
Piccadilly Restaurants LLC is selling its headquarters building on Sherwood Forest Boulevard, but the Baton Rouge-based cafeteria company is not planning to move.
Piccadilly wants to sell its more than 40,000-square-foot office for $3.5 million, then lease back its office space on the first floor from a new owner. A suite of 15,000 square feet on the second floor is available for lease at $10 per square foot at the 3232 Sherwood Forest Blvd. site that’s next to one of the company’s cafeterias.
