Suhail J. Ghandour has been named manager of projects at the engineering offices of ENGlobal in Baton Rouge. He was  previously senior project manager at a client facility in Geismar. 

Dr. Thomas Kim has been named medical director of medical policy in the  medical management department of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. He was  previously vice president and chief medical officer for Family Health Care network in Visalia, Calif. Also, Camille Guillot has been named tax manager in the finance department and Jennifer Pinkins manager of  the group and individual membership maintenance and billing departments.  Guillot was previously tax manager for Lamar Advertising Co. Pinkins was previously business analyst and product implementation specialist for Humana. 

 Milan R. Shah has been named vice president, business development at Albemarle Corp. He was previously a senior investment banker in Deutsche Bank Securities’ Chemicals Investment Banking Group. Shah replaces John Dabkowski, who will be retiring after 35 years of service.  Shah will target and develop external opportunities to increase revenues and earnings through initiatives, partnerships, joint ventures and merger and acquisition activities. 

Stacey Sweatfield has been named regional vice president at the Louisiana office of Titan Lenders Corp., at 16324 Jay Road in Prairieville. She was previously assistant vice president over closing funding in Capitol One’s mortgage banking region. Titan Lenders Corp. is a mortgage bank office fulfillment services provider specializing in closing, funding, and post closing services. 

Kelly Hurtado has been named chairwoman of the Louisiana Women’s Policy and Research Commission. Hurtado is vice president of Louisiana Business, Inc., publisher of Baton Rouge Business Report, 225 Magazine and 10/12 Magazine.
