Teri G. Fontenot, president and CEO of Woman’s Hospital, has been named chairwoman of the board of the Louisiana Hospital Association Professional and General Liability Trust Funds. The board manages insurance programs for health-care providers, providing coverage for hospital and physician professional liability, hospital general liability and worker’s compensation.

Carmen Austin of Commercial Properties Realty Trust has been named president-elect of the Louisiana Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members. She is acting regional director of leasing for Commercial Properties in Baton Rouge. Other recently elected CIM officers are: Cres Gardner, Transwestern Commercial Services/Hertz Investments-New Orleans, president; and Monty Warren of Stirling Properties-Covington, sercretary/treasurer. The CCIM Institute is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and was established by commercial real estate practitioners to elevate business practices through education and networking.

Jerome Lane has been named operations manager for the oil tools operating company at Knight Oil Tools. He was previously a quality assurance/quality control pressure control specialist with Knight. 

Community Coffee Co. has made personnel changes. Ron Mannino has been named director of business development to lead the Grocery and Coffee Service Key Accounts Sales Divisions. He was previously a general manager in the Coffee Service Division. Charles Graffeo Sr. has been named director of supply chain. He was previously general manager of manufacturing. Mike Bourgeois has been named director of marketing. He was previously director of supply chain.

Denise Murrell has been named director of sales at WBRZ Channel 2. She was previously one of WBRZ’s sales managers.

Rabenhorst Funeral Home has made personnel changes. Steven A. Newman has been named general manager. David F. Ducote has been named manager of the Rabenhorst East location at 11000 Florida Blvd. Both men were previously funeral directors.

Dwayne Gallineau of Broussard has been elected president of Louisiana Finance Association. Other board members and their offices are: Adam Wirth, New Orleans, president-elect; Gary Phillips, Baton Rouge, vice president; and Vonnie Desselle Byers, secretary-treasurer/executive director, LFA Office in Baton Rouge.
