Chamber: N.O. priority No. 1

Tom Donohue, president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, tells participants at the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry’s annual meeting Tuesday that the effort to rebuild New Orleans is a major national issue and he would push for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in Washington, D.C.
