Land deals crisscross Livingston, Ascension
Sales records show national homebuilder DR Horton paid a total of $1.8 million in two land sales in Livingston Parish earlier this month.
The company paid $1.1 million for several additional lots in the Woodland Crossing neighborhood south of Walker. In the other deal, DR Horton paid $685,160 for 25 lots in the Pine Meadows subdivision.
The seller in both deals is identified as BDMF LLC headed by Denham Springs developer Saun Sullivan who built Woodland Crossing and sold it to DR Horton in 2006.
Meanwhile, Sullivan’s DSLD LLC paid $4.6 million for several lots in Gateway Cove in Ascension Parish.
The seller in that deal is America Homeland LLC headed by developer Kevin Nguyen.
