Arkansas rallies past LSU

LSU blew a 16-point second-half lead, losing to Arkansas, 31-30, in the regular-season finale at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock, Ark.
Casey Dick's 24-yard touchdown pass to London Crawford with 21 seconds left and Alex Tejada's extra point gave the Tigers their second consecutive loss for the first time since the end of the 2002 season.
LSU's Colt David missed a 63-yard field goal on the final play of the game.
LSU (7-5 overall, 3-5 SEC) finished with its first losing conference record since 1999.
Freshman Jordan Jefferson threw two touchdown passes in his first start, but the Tigers offense struggled in the second half.
Leading 23-14 at halftime, the Tigers pushed their lead to 30-14 on Jefferson's 32-yard touchdown pass to Brandon LaFell on LSU's first possession of the second half.
But the Tigers went scoreless over the game's final 28 minutes as the Razorbacks chipped away.
Dick, entering the game at quarterback for Arkansas (5-7, 2-6) after his brother Nathan got the start, led the Razorbacks back. Dick's 46-yard scoring strike to Jarious Wright, cutting the Tigers' lead to 30-21 with 7:23 remaining in the third quarter.
The Razorbacks pulled within 30-24 on Alex Tejada's 22-yard field goal with 12:33 to go. Tejada's kick capped a 17-play, 90-yard drive aided by four LSU penalties.
The Tiger defense held Arkansas on the Hogs' next two series, but couldn't come up with the stop it needed in the game's final minute.
Arkansas dominated the first quarter, breaking out to a 14-3 lead after touchdowns on its first two possessions. Nathan Dick's 1-yard TD pass to Andrew Davie gave the Razorbacks an 11-point edge with 4:54 to go in the period.
LSU scored 20 points in the second quarter to take control before halftime.
Charles Scott's 5-yard TD run with 11:25 remaining in the second quarter cut Arkansas' lead to 14-10. David added a 46-yard field goal with 6:59 to play before halftime to make it 14-13.
