Nicholson Drive reopens

Nicholson Drive has been completely reopened to traffic.
The 1800 block of Nicholson Drive was temporarily closed because a cargo truck lost part of its load, according to a news release issued by Capt. L’Jean McKneely of the Baton Rouge Police Department.
McKneely said power lines were down in that area, and the local utility company was called to the scene to make the necessary repairs.
