TODAY: 10:45 a.m., FAST exercise, Gonzales Senior Center.
Lunch menu: Roasted turkey with poultry gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, white bread, Little Debbie peanut butter and jelly rolls, milk.
FRIDAY: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., karaoke, Gonzales Senior Center.
Lunch menu: Breakfast sausage and grits, spiced apple slices, orange juice, rolled biscuit, Little Debbie pecan roll, milk.
