Tureau sworn in, admitted to practice

St. Amant resident Steven Tureau was sworn in and admitted to the practice of law in a ceremony before the Louisiana Supreme Court on Oct. 23.

He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and Southern University Law Center.

Tureau is the son of Judge Ralph Tureau and Cindy Tureau and is married to Jennifer Tureau.

Steven has joined the law firm of Gauthier and Amedee in Gonzales as an associate.
