TODAY: 9 a.m., crafts, Donaldsonville Senior Center; 9:30 a.m., blood pressure checks, Gonzales Senior Center; 10 a.m. to noon, Retired Teachers Association; 10:45 a.m., FAST exercise, Gonzales Senior Center.
Lunch menu: Chicken and sausage jambalaya, escalloped apples, Normandy blend vegetables, whole-wheat bread, pumpkin square, milk.
FRIDAY: 10 a.m., bridge club, Donaldsonville Senior Center.
Lunch menu: Chicken parmesan with noodles, green peas and onions, romaine lettuce salad, white dinner roll, milk.
MONDAY: 8 a.m.., 55 Alive Driving Class, Gonzales Senior Center; 9 a.m., beading class, Gonzales Senior Center; 9:30 a.m., FAST exercise, Donaldsonville Senior Center and 10:45 a.m., Gonzales Senior Center; 10 a.m., blood pressure checks, Donaldsonville Senior Center.
