Out-of-state voters a concern for Louisiana

Out-of-State voter registration for Katrina evacuees is a nightmare for the state. Secretary of State Jay Dardenne says after Katrina, many Louisiana voters moved to other states but never canceled their voter registration. Since that time the same people have registered to vote in other states.
