THIBODAUX — Lafourche and Terrebonne Parish sheriff’s drug task force agents said they intercepted two men planning to conduct a cocaine deal at a McDonald’s restaurant in Larose on Thursday and arrested them on drug distribution charges.

One of the men, Chaddrick “TT” Taylor, 28, 216 Harris St., Chauvin, is a crack cocaine dealer in southern Lafourche Parish, deputies in that parish said in a statement Friday.

Taylor and Chad Holliday, 23, 3618 Thomas Drive, Houma, were planning to drop off 56 grams of crack cocaine at the McDonald’s but were stopped while driving to the fast-food restaurant, deputies said.

Agents arrested the men and recovered 41 grams of crack cocaine worth $4,100, 13 grams of marijuana worth $325 and $2,911, deputies said.

Taylor was booked on possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Holliday was booked on possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of Xanbar.

Both men posted bail, deputies said Friday.
