Three found dead in car on Byron Avenue

Two men and a woman were found shot to death today inside a car at 6047 Byron Ave., Baton Rouge police said.
Police do not believe that the victims shot each other, said police spokesman Cpl. L’Jean McKneely. Police also do not have a suspect, he said.
Officers found the bodies about 5 a.m. inside a 2003 Honda Accord, which was parked in a driveway at a residence, police spokesman Capt. Carl Kelley said in a news release. The bodies have not yet been identified, he said.
None of the victims lived at the Byron Avenue home, McKneely said.
The car — with the bodies inside — is being taken to the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab so that it can be analyzed, McKneely said.
