Pointe Coupee Parish bans most holiday fireworks

Add Pointe Coupee Parish to the list of parishes banning most fireworks for your Fourth of July celebrations. The police jury ordered the ban during a special meeting on Thursday. News 2's Mike Steele gets answers on why the parish made the decision.
