Port Vincent bingo hall remains unopened

A new video bingo hall in Port Vincent can't open its doors. Pier 13 Video Bingo has been sitting empty along Highway 16 for about two months. State law requires charities to run all bingo sessions and receive a large chunk of the profits, but so far no charities have jumped on board. News 2's Lori Steele finds out why.
