SB90 Establishes and provides for the Louisiana Statewide Education Facilities Authority.
SB182 Authorizes the transfer of certain state properties.
SB223 Provides relative to the removal of students from the classroom for certain inappropriate behavior and for parental notification and involvement.
SB324 Authorizes school districts under the Evangeline Parish School Board to increase the sales tax, not to exceed one percent.

SB84 Increases the maximum amount of materials and supplies that can be purchased without public bid to $40,000.
SB167 Requires not less than $5 million of CDBG recovery funding to be allocated for emergency rental assistance if approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
SB224 Authorizes creation of sustainable energy financing districts by local governmental subdivisions and provides for issuance of bonds and property assessment programs for solar and energy efficiency projects.
