People gather for Baton Rouge Tea Party

People from across the state flooded the steps of the state Capitol Wednesday for the Baton Rouge Tea Party. The concept is based on the Boston Tea Party in which American colonists protested taxation without representation. News 2's Mike Steele gets answers on who the crowd was targeting.
