LSU, Chinese join to study ecosystems

Louisiana and Chinese researchers walk through the coastal forest of the Jean Lafitte National Park in Lafitte on Wednesday as part of a new, five-year international initiative to study the effects of tropical cyclones, such as hurricanes and typhoons, on river deltas. The Chinese researchers are from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
