Lafourche deputies nab robbery suspect

THIBODAUX — Lafourche Parish deputies arrested and booked a St. James Parish man on five counts of armed robbery, Sheriff Craig Webre said Thursday.
Theo Harry, 31, 19403 Harrytown, Vacherie, was suspected of pulling a gun on five people in St. James Parish and robbing them of an undisclosed amount of money Wednesday, Webre said in a news release.
St. James sheriff’s detectives investigating the case told Lafourche authorities they believed Harry could be found in Thibodaux, Webre said.
Lafourche deputies located Harry in the Deauville Hotel, where he surrendered without incident, Webre said.
Harry, after he was booked in Lafourche Parish, was turned over to St. James Parish authorities to face prosecution in that parish.
