Winnfield man with rifle said he had 'delivery' for Obama

WASHINGTON – A Winnfield man was arrested with a rifle and ammunition after he approached a Capitol police barricade saying he had a delivery for President Obama.

Alfred Brock, 64, has been charged with possession of an unregistered firearm and possession of unregistered ammunition after he was stopped on Tuesday afternoon by police at the north barricade of the Capitol.

After questioning by Capitol police, Brock admitted to having a rifle in his truck, police said.
