Staring lane extension under way

City leaders broke ground in south Baton Rouge on another of the mayor's Green Light projects. This phase will extend Staring Lane from Highland Road to Burbank Drive, creating another major east-west corridor. News 2's Lori Steele gets answers on how the improvement affects people who live and work nearby.
