Murder suspects released

An accused killer is let out of jail because of what prosecutors didn't do. Denako Duheart was released from jail Tuesday afternoon and his brother Dearius bonded out late last year. The brothers are charged in the beating and burning death of Jason Fourmy in October 2007.
