Police arrest 3 men on suspicion of DWI

Authorities arrested at least three people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 3 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

  • Samuel Johnson Jr., 58, 2188 75th Ave., second-offense DWI, failure to stop/yield, driving without insurance, reckless operation of a vehicle and drinking in a motor vehicle.
  • Charles Lee Wicker, 54, 23817 Plank Road, Zachary, fourth-offense DWI, refusing chemical test and driving with a suspended/revoked license.
  • Hilton Riley Sr., 63, 700 La. 958, Slaughter, first-offense DWI.
