Charter school groups behind on payments

Some students in Baton Rouge could be facing dirty classrooms, broken computers and a lack of food in the cafeteria because the groups running two charter schools have not paid the bills. More than half a million dollars is owed to the school system by Advance Baton Rouge and 100 Black Men.
