Five arrested on suspicion of DWI
Authorities arrested at least five people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 3 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday, booking records show.

- Lino Hernandez, 28, 9056 Prescott Road, first-offense DWI, driver’s license required, resisting an officer and proof of insurance required.
- Mark Edmond Travis, 47, 3020 Old Brookhaven Road, Summit, Miss., first-offense DWI, improper lane usage, reckless operation and drinking in a motor vehicle.
- Antonio H. Remigio, 40, 901 Gretna Blvd., Gretna, first-offense DWI, hit-and-run, proof of insurance required and driver’s license required.
- Rodney C. Ivey, 58, 11440 Beco Road, St. Amant, fourth-offense DWI and failure to maintain control.
- Mark Christopher Miller, 33, 1559 South Peck Drive, first-offense DWI and speeding.
