All Grades: Chicken nuggets or patty with baked beans, pineapple tidbits, soft enriched white roll, low-fat chocolate or yellow cake.
Catholic schools
All Grades: Turkey hot dog with chili, potato rounds, pineapple tidbits, whole-wheat cookie. Entrée choice: Chef turkey ham salad or sloppy Joe.
TUESDAY
Public schools
All Grades: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, fresh baby carrots and broccoli, florets with reduced-fat ranch dressing, canned fruit choice, whole-wheat sliced bread, chocolate or vanilla pudding.
Catholic schools
All Grades: Spaghetti or lasagna with meat sauce, seasoned English peas, fruit choice, whole-wheat garlic bread. Entrée choice: Chef fajita salad or turkey and cheese po-boy.
WEDNESDAY
