City-parish, state and federal offices are closed Thursday in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
State offices will remain closed Friday.
The Clerk of Court’s Office, district court, juvenile court and federal court are closed Thursday and Friday. City court is closed Thursday only.
The Animal Control Center is closed Thursday and Friday.
Buses will not run Thursday. Buses will run Friday on a Saturday schedule.
No mail will be delivered or collected Thursday. Only Express mail will be delivered.
No garbage and recyclable collections will be made Thursday. No makeup days are scheduled. The North and Ronaldson landfills are closed Thursday.
The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board office is closed Thursday and Friday. Parish schools and Catholic schools are closed this week.
LSU and Southern University classes and offices are closed Thursday and Friday. There are no Baton Rouge Community College classes Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and BRCC offices are closed Thursday and Friday.
East Baton Rouge Parish libraries are closed Thursday.
