Baton Rouge woman, 28, accused of stealing $20,000
Louisiana State Police arrested a Baton Rouge woman Monday accused of stealing more than $20,000 from the state while employed by the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, a news release says.
Michelle Harrison, 28, was arrested at her residence after a two-week investigation by State Police.
She was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on counts of felony theft and public payroll fraud, Trooper Russell G. Graham II said in the news release.
