New Orleans animals evacuate to EBR

Tropical Storm Gustav is forcing one segment of the population to head out of New Orleans. One animal shelter shut down at 2 p.m. on Wednesday to prepare for the evacuation of dozens of animals to other shelters, including the East Baton Rouge Animal Control Center.
